Hip and Knee pain


The hip is one of the most pivotal parts of the human body. Since it plays a role in multiple motions of the body, there can be various causes for a hip injury or pain.

Though the hip is a very sturdy part of the body and withstand a good amount of wear and tear, it may show signs of problems. Some parts of the hip that can be prone to wear and tear or injury include the cartilage, hip tendons, hip muscles or the hip bone.

Knee pain can be acute or chronic. This can lead to several issues as you will have problems with basic movements such as walking, climbing, sitting and getting up. Knee pain or injuries can happen due to multiple reasons including knee wear and tear, jerk or fracture.
